NeboNebo
How it works

Four steps. One that matters most.

  1. 01

    Add your bike

Upload a few photos plus make, model, and serial. Takes about a minute — do it before anything happens.

  2. 02

    Set your area

Tell Nebo your ZIP and how far to search. The app handles the rest across every marketplace.

  3. 03

    Run a scan

Nebo scrapes the marketplaces and Claude Vision compares every listing image to your photos.

  4. 04

    Confirm & recover

Review matches with confidence scores, then act with a ready-to-share evidence packet for police.

The moment Nebo earns its name
Inside a scan

What happens when you run a scan.

A scan isn't a single search. It's a pipeline that narrows thousands of listings down to the few that are actually your bike — spending an AI call only where it counts.

  1. 01

    Pull the listings

Nebo scrapes Facebook, OfferUp, Craigslist, eBay, and Pinkbike across your ZIP and radius.

  2. 02

    Filter by text

Make and model relevance trims thousands of listings down to the real candidates.

  3. 03

    Geo-filter precisely

Every listing's location is geocoded and anything beyond your radius is dropped — even on sources with fuzzy search.

  4. 04

    Pre-screen with pHash

Perceptual hashing catches near-identical re-uploads before spending a single Claude call.

  5. 05

    Claude Vision match

Each candidate is compared image-to-image against your owner photos, with a confidence score and reasons.

  6. 06

    You decide

Review matches, mark mine / not mine, and Nebo stops re-alerting on listings you've dismissed.

Common questions

The honest answers.

If something here doesn't answer your question, reach out directly.

How does Nebo find my bike if the listing has a different title?
It matches on images, not just keywords. Claude Vision compares the listing's photos to your owner photos — so a re-titled, re-described, or repainted listing still gets caught.
Which marketplaces does it cover?
Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, Craigslist, eBay, and Pinkbike. Each scan sweeps all five across your area in one pass.
How many photos should I upload?
At least two clear shots from different angles. More angles — plus any unique marks like scratches, stickers, or custom parts — meaningfully improve match accuracy.
Will I get spammed with the same listing?
No. Every listing is evaluated once and recorded per bike. Already-seen and dismissed listings are skipped on future scans, so you're never re-alerted about the same one.
Where does my data go?
Your photos and bike details stay in your account, used only to match against listings. Nothing is sold or shared.
